For railway groups, bus operators, cable cars and MaaS platforms

Spread the flow along your lines, hour by hour.

Your network already carries visitors to the famous places. The problem is that they all arrive on the same train, at the same hour, for the same stop. WeGuide forecasts crowding for every place and hour along your network, routes visitors to the stops and hours that have room, and reports the shift in numbers your programme can use.

Fits visitor-dispersal programmes run with destination partners. Public-transport routing available on request.

Forecast per stop, per hourCrowd forecasts for the places along your lines, so the guide knows which train and which stop have room.
Routes that start at your stationThe visitor's day begins at your ticket gate and follows your lines. The guide speaks their language and reroutes before the crowd.
A number for your programmeBaseline, then comparison: distribution of visits across stops and hours. Aggregated and anonymised, written into the contract.

The problem

One train full, the rest of the line empty.

Timetables tell visitors how to reach the famous place. Nothing tells them that at 11:00 they should not, and what the line offers instead.

Peak train, peak stop

Visitors from the same guidebooks board the same departure and leave at the same stop. Capacity sits unused one stop earlier and one hour later.

Information only in one language

Dispersal campaigns and heat maps exist, often only in Japanese and English. The visitor who could use a different plan cannot read it.

Programmes need measured results

Dispersal programmes with destination partners are judged on changes in visitor distribution, not on posters printed.

What you get

The decision layer on top of your timetable.

A navigation app tells the visitor how to reach the shrine. We decide whether they should go there at 11:00 at all, and offer the stop that has room.

Your line as the route

Routes that start at your station, follow your lines and stop where you have capacity and partners. The guide narrates the places between the stops.

Together with your destination partners

A shared deployment with the DMO or the city: one guide, one report, visitor flow measured from the station to the hillside.

Public service or sold with the ticket

Fund the guide as part of your dispersal programme, or offer it with day passes and tourist tickets. Both can run side by side.

Public-transport routing inside the guide is configured per deployment and depends on the timetable data your network can share.

How it works

From your network data to a measured shift.

We map your network

Stations, lines, capacity by hour where you have it, the places and partners along the way. A CSV is enough to start.

Visitors get a day built on your line

The guide speaks the visitor's language, starts at your gate and routes to stops and hours that have room.

We measure

Two weeks of baseline, then comparison of visit distribution across stops, places and hours.

You report

A dispersal report your programme and your destination partners can use, with the methodology written into the contract.

Pricing

Pilot first, then priced by annual visits.

Transport deployments follow the destination model: unlimited visitors, pricing by the annual visits of the area you serve. Prices in Japanese yen; other markets in local currency.

Corridor

¥8M to ¥10M per year

A line or corridor serving up to one million visits a year.

  • Everything in the pilot, running all year
  • Quarterly dispersal report
  • Partner places and rewards configured per deployment
  • Public-service or ticket-bundled mode

Network

from ¥12M per year

Several lines or a region served jointly with destination partners.

  • Multi-line set-up and shared reporting
  • Public-transport routing on request
  • Named programme lead
  • Part of the fee tied to the measured effect
  • We carry the data responsibility: aggregated, anonymised, GDPR and APPI.
  • Pilots and rollouts fit within national support programmes. We help prepare the paperwork.

Why now

Dispersal is funded. Measurement is required.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

We already have a multilingual map with a heat map.

A map shows the problem. We are the action layer: the engine changes real visitors' routes and shows the delta. The map and the guide can share the same data.

Does the guide sell tickets?

Not today. It routes and narrates; ticket sales inside the guide are a second-phase option we design with the operator.

Which languages?

Voice and interface in English, Polish and Japanese today. Additional languages are planned with the partners who need them.

Can this run jointly with the destination?

Yes, and it works best that way: one deployment, one report, visitor flow measured from the station to the destination.

How do you handle passenger data?

We do not need it. The guide needs no account, and the reports are aggregated and anonymised.

Next step

Tell us about your line and your peak.

Which line, which stops and hours overflow, and which stops have room. We come back with a corridor pilot outline.
