For hotels, apart-hotels, serviced apartments and ryokans

Your front desk, with every guest all day.

Automation has solved check-in and keys, but not the guest who asks what is worth doing nearby, with a five-year-old, when it has started to rain. WeGuide puts a guide in your brand in the guest's pocket: it knows the streets around your building, the quiet hours of the famous places and the guest's own language.

QR code in the room or at the desk. No PMS integration. Already working in Tokyo.

A QR code is the whole integrationIn-room card or a line in the welcome message. The guest opens your guide in the browser; nothing to install, no account.

The problem

Thirty properties, one question, no one to answer it.

Long-stay and apart-hotel guests ask about the streets around the building, not the famous sights. A chatbot answers in text. A printed map stops at the lobby.

The morning question

Every morning the same question at the desk, or in an unanswered chat: what is worth doing today, close by, in this weather, with these children.

Guests sent into the crowd

Without guidance the guest goes where everyone goes, at the hour everyone goes, and brings the frustration back to your review.

Text is not company

A Q&A chat waits for a question. A guide talks while the guest walks, hands free, and changes the plan when the day changes.

What you get

The neighbourhood, narrated in your name.

A guide that knows your surroundings as well as your best concierge, and is with every guest at the same time.

Half a day from the door

The guest tells the guide how long they have and what they like. It builds a walk from your door, with your recommended places first.

Your partners on the route

The restaurant you recommend, the onsen you partner with, the shop next door. On the route when they fit the guest's day, in your voice.

What your guests actually did

Aggregated and anonymised: which routes guests walked, when, how long. Useful for your partnerships and your next welcome card.

An AI concierge for your properties, answering property-specific questions in the same guide, is available as an add-on configured per deployment.

How it works

Live in your brand in two weeks.

You send the basics

Logo, colours, your recommended places and partners, house rules the guide should know.

We build the guide

Your neighbourhood becomes a set of walks. The catalogue of about 10,000 Tokyo places sits behind them.

Guests scan and go

A QR code in the room or at reception. The guide opens in the browser in the guest's language.

You get the numbers

Reports every two weeks across all your properties. No guest data passes through your systems.

Priced per seat, metered per voice day.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

Do we need to integrate with our property management system?

No. A QR code in the room or at reception is the whole integration. Nothing about your guest passes through our systems unless they choose to leave an e-mail.

Our guests will not install an app.

They do not have to. The guide opens in the browser from the QR code. Android users can also install it from Google Play if they prefer.

We already have a chatbot.

A text chat answers questions. WeGuide walks with the guest: hands-free spatial guidance, a plan for the half-day and rerouting when the day changes. They can sit side by side.

Which languages does the guide speak?

English, Polish and Japanese today. Other languages are planned with partners who need them.

Can several properties share one plan?

Yes. Seats are pooled under one plan and each property gets its own QR codes and its own recommended places.
