You can delete your WeGuide account and the personal data linked to it at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete the account in the app
- Open WeGuide and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down to Delete account and tap it.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away and you are signed out on every device.
What is deleted
- Your profile, interests and travel preferences
- Routes you generated or saved, favourites and your visit history
- Your conversations with the AI guide and the feedback you gave
- Your credit balance, plan entitlements and purchase records inside WeGuide (unused credits are forfeited)
- Sign-in sessions and tokens
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play stay in your Apple or Google account history and are handled by those stores. Records of payments and refunds that we must keep under tax law are retained only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
Cannot access the app?
Write to desk@weguide.ai from the e-mail address you used to sign in (Google or Apple), with the subject “Delete my WeGuide account”. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
