For inbound publishers, eSIM and connectivity providers, travel apps and marketplaces

Sell the trip, not just the data.

You own the entrance to the trip: the article that inspired it, the eSIM that switched on at the airport, the app the traveller already has. Behind that entrance the traveller still plans the day alone. WeGuide puts a guide in your brand right there, with no app for you to build.

Founding Partner pilot: two months, onboarding included, your retail price, your margin.

We make static places aliveModel courses and themed lists get order, opening hours and quiet hours. Every stop links back to your article.
A guide inside your productAfter activation or sign-in, the guide plans the day and talks in the traveller's language. It opens in the browser; nothing to build on your side.
Visits a region can reportVisits and time at each stop, aggregated and anonymised. The number anti-overtourism programmes ask destinations for, and the case you can bring to them together.

The problem

Your product ends where the day begins.

Inspiration, connectivity and booking are solved. The second half of the trip, the hours of deciding where to walk and in what order, is still nobody's product.

580 checkboxes, no plan

A traveller picks places from a long list. Nobody turns the list into one good day with timing and quiet hours. Your content did its job; the walk does not happen.

Data without a day

The eSIM connects at landing. The next thing the traveller opens is a search engine. The moment of decision belongs to someone else's brand.

Regions ask for a number

Destinations you work with are judged on visits spread across the region, not on page views. A guide that routes readers to the places you describe gives you that number.

What you get

The second half of the trip, in your brand.

Our layer is the routing decision, not the conversation. It sits alongside your content, your connectivity and your concierge.

Live routes from your content

Your model courses and lists become guided routes with order, hours and crowd forecasts. Each stop links to your article; your content is the guide's voice.

One package, one price

Bundle the guide with your eSIM or plan, or offer it as an add-on at checkout. You set the retail price and keep the margin above a flat $4.40 per voice day used.

Through your network

The same guide for your resellers, hotel concierges and regional partners, each in their own colours, with one report for you.

How it works

No app for you to build.

You choose the entry point

A link after activation, a button in your app, a QR in your welcome kit, a module on your article page.

We build your guide

Your brand, your content, your partner places. Already working in Tokyo with about 10,000 places; your regions are onboarding work before launch.

Travellers open it in the browser

No installation, no account. Voice in English, Polish and Japanese; the guide reroutes around crowds before the traveller sees them.

You and your regions get the numbers

Voice days, routes walked, visits per stop. Aggregated and anonymised, every two weeks.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

We do content and SEO, not apps.

That is the point. We are the layer after your article has done its job: the walk itself. Your content becomes the guide's voice, each stop links back to you, and you build nothing.

We already have a concierge service.

Our layer is the routing decision rather than the conversation, so it sits alongside your concierge. The guide plans and walks; your concierge answers.

How is privacy handled?

The guide needs no account. Data is aggregated and anonymised; GDPR and APPI apply. The traveller never leaves personal data with us unless they choose to.

Who measures whether the crowd moved?

We do, for the region you work with: visits and dwell time per stop, compared with the baseline. It is the number dispersal programmes ask for.

Can our resellers or partners get their own version?

Yes. One guide, many brands: each reseller or regional partner gets its own colours and codes, and you get one report.
