For partners

A spatial engine for urban visitor flow.

We change where visitors actually walk, hour by hour, and prove it with numbers. The guide in the app, in your brand or ours, is how that decision reaches the person on the street. Already working in Tokyo. Ready in your brand in two weeks.

A deterministic spatial engine decides. The AI only narrates.

ForecastCrowding for every place and every hour, for about 10,000 places in Tokyo and the regions we onboard with partners.
RouteRoutes built and corrected on the way, so the flow spreads across time and space. The visitor gets a better day, not a warning.
MeasureBaseline, then comparison of how visits are distributed. Aggregated and anonymised, written into the contract.

What sits behind the app

Three things a map cannot do.

Dashboards describe the peak. We are the action layer that changes it.

Forecast per place, per hour

Licensed footfall data and our own crowd model give every place a curve for the day. Where a destination shares its counts, the curve sharpens.

Routes that move people

The engine decides where and when, for each visitor, in their language. It reroutes before the crowd, not after the complaint.

A number you can report

Two weeks of baseline, then the distribution of visits across the peak zones. The methodology is part of the contract.

It carries your brand, not ours. Your clients, your visitors and your guests never need to know who built the engine.

How we work

Short, paid, measured.

A briefing on your numbers

Thirty minutes on your destination, your clients or your product. We come back with an outline and a KPI, not a brochure.

A pilot with a hard KPI

Three months for destinations, two months for commercial partners. Paid, scoped, with the measurement method agreed up front.

Live in two weeks

For white-label partners: from your materials to your guide in two weeks. For destinations: your region onboarded before launch.

A rollout you can defend

Pricing by annual visits or by seats, reports every two weeks or every quarter, and part of the fee tied to the measured effect where it fits.

Pricing in brief

Two models. No user licences.

Destinations, transport, public attractions

Priced by annual visits

Unlimited visitors, always. A three-month pilot, then a yearly plan for the city, region or prefecture.

  • Pilot ¥1,980,000 for 3 months
  • City ¥8M to ¥10M a year
  • Region ¥12M to ¥16M, prefecture from ¥20M
  • Part of the fee tied to the measured effect

Destination programme

Operators, hotels, publishers, platforms

Priced by seats, voice metered

A white-label guide in your brand. Routes, navigation, adaptation and chat included for every client; only the voice is metered.

  • Founding Partner pilot $1,990, first five companies
  • Essential $649 and Professional $899 a month for 100 seats
  • Voice at a flat $4.40 per voice day actually used
  • Already working in Tokyo, ready in your brand in two weeks

Partner programme

Prices in Japanese yen for public programmes and US dollars for commercial partners; in Japan we invoice in yen. Pilots and rollouts fit within national support programmes, and we help prepare the paperwork.

Data and responsibility

Where the crowd data comes from, and where it does not go.

We work with a Japanese academic research centre on modelled national people-flow data, through our university partner in Warsaw. It informs how we validate our methodology. Production crowd intelligence in a region runs on licensed commercial data and, where they exist, on the region's own live feeds.

The app needs no data from your office to run, and your visitors need no account. Reports are aggregated and anonymised. We carry the data responsibility under GDPR and APPI; you get the insight.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

What is the difference between the two models?

Public programmes, for cities, regions, transport operators and public attractions, are priced by annual visits with unlimited users. Commercial partners get a white-label guide priced by seats, with only the voice metered. The engine is the same.

Is this an app for tourists?

The app is one channel. The product is the engine behind it: forecasts, routes and measurement. Most partners deploy it in their own brand and never mention ours.

How fast can we start?

A white-label guide is ready in your brand in two weeks after we receive your materials. A destination pilot runs three months, with the region onboarded before launch.

Do pilots fit public funding programmes?

Pilots and rollouts fit within national support programmes. We help prepare the paperwork.
