For tour operators, travel agencies and destination management companies
Your brand. Your app. Powered by WeGuide.
A white-label in-destination guide you can resell tomorrow: your brand, your margin, no development on your side. Your client stays in your app for the whole trip instead of being lost to a search engine the moment they land. Already working in Tokyo. Ready in your brand in two weeks.
Founding Partner: the first five companies get a two-month pilot with onboarding included and the package price frozen for 12 months.
The problem
The free afternoon is where your margin leaks.
There are not enough certified guides, and no client wants one for every hour. So the hours between your programme points go to a free search engine and a generic chatbot, and your name disappears with them.
Alone in the crowd
Your client stands at the station with a long list and no order. They end up where everyone else is, at the same time, and remember the queue.
Generic advice sets no one apart
A general chatbot is free for every traveller, so it differentiates no operator. The value is your knowledge, delivered at the right moment, in your name.
Hours you cannot staff
A private guide costs $50 to $100 an hour and does not scale. The unescorted hours are the biggest share of the trip and the smallest share of your revenue.
What you get
Fill the free day. Keep the margin.
A deterministic spatial engine decides where and when. The AI only narrates, in your tone, from your material.
Win back the lead
Your client opens your guide, not a search engine. Every stop carries your name, your partners and your recommendations. The relationship stays yours.
Upsell on autopilot
Sell voice days or bundle them into the package. Set the retail price, keep the margin. Partner venues and experiences appear on the route when they fit the client's day.
Stand out
A guide in the client's own language that reroutes around crowds before they see them. It carries your brand, not ours.
For luxury DMCs and MICE: your care, in every free hour. One guide for 100 to 300 delegates in your client's colours, included in the package rather than sold separately. Your people stay at the centre; the guide covers the hours when nobody from your team is with the guest.
How it works
From your programmes to your guide in two weeks.
You send the materials
Programmes, favourite places, tone of voice, logo and colours. Up to five programmes and 200 points in the Founding Partner package.
We build your guide
Your programmes become routes with order, timing and quiet hours. The catalogue of about 10,000 Tokyo places sits behind them for the free afternoon.
Your clients activate by code
A trip code or QR per group or per client. You choose per code whether you fund the voice or the client buys it in the app.
You see what happened
Reports every two weeks: guide opened, voice days used, routes walked. Aggregated and anonymised.
Pricing
Pay for seats. Meter only the voice.
One seat is one of your clients on a route on a given day. Prices in US dollars; in Japan we invoice in yen.

FAQ
Questions partners ask
Is this just a chatbot?
No. A general chatbot is free for every traveller, so it sets no one apart. In WeGuide a deterministic spatial engine decides where and when; the AI only narrates, from a verified record of each place and from your material. The value is your knowledge at the right moment, in your name.
Does it replace my guides or tour reps?
No. It earns in your clients' free time, the hours nobody from your team is with them. Guided days stay guided.
Do my clients need to install anything?
The guide runs from a link or code as a web app, with Google Play for Android users who prefer an installed app. The iPhone App Store version is in review.
Which languages?
Voice and interface in English, Polish and Japanese today. Other languages are planned with partners who need them.
What do you need from us?
Programmes, places, tone, logo and colours. Activation is by trip code, so you pass us no personal data.
What is in the Founding Partner package?
A two-month pilot for $1,990 (¥298,000 in Japan) with the Professional plan for 100 seats, full set-up of up to five programmes and 200 points, two trainings, a named account manager and reports every two weeks. The package price stays frozen for 12 months.
