Your guide for the trip you'll talk about for years
Skip the crowds. Find the magic.
The map shows you the crowd. WeGuide walks you around it: a guide in your pocket that knows every place's quiet hours, tells the stories the guidebooks miss and changes the plan when the day changes. Free plan. Pay for your trip, not a subscription.

Built in the open, with partners
On Google Play since October 2026How it works
Tell it how you travel. Then just walk.
No itinerary spreadsheets. No forty tabs. One conversation and a route that fits you.
Say what you love
Slow mornings or packed days, food first or shrines first. The guide builds a day around your pace, not an average tourist's.
Walk with a guide that talks
Turn-by-turn guidance with a story at every corner. Ask it anything. It answers in your language and keeps walking with you.
Let it dodge the crowd for you
Hour-by-hour crowd forecasts for every place. When the famous spot fills up, the route quietly changes before you get there.
It listens. It learns. It walks with you.
A real guide, not an audio player.
Every story, every detour and every pause is shaped around you. Rain over the old quarter? Energy fading after the second temple? Your route changes the way a seasoned local guide would change it.
- Voice in English, Polish and Japanese
- Routes that avoid crowds before you see them
- Every fact the guide speaks comes from a verified record of that place
- Works on Android, iPhone and in a laptop browser

Where it works
Already walking in Tokyo. Growing with partners.
About 10,000 places in Tokyo with hour-by-hour crowd forecasts, plus the centres of Kyoto and Kanazawa, the Fukui coast and four Polish cities.
Tokyo
About 10,000 places with forecasts for every hour of the day. From Asakusa to the quiet temples nobody lists.
Central Kyoto & Kanazawa
The historic centres, with routes that start where the crowd is and end where it isn't.
Fukui coast
Tsuruga, Obama, Takahama and Mihama: the places between Kyoto and Kanazawa most travellers pass through.
Poland
Kraków, Warsaw, Łódź and Lublin, built with city partners as the first European deployments.
New destinations open with partners: cities, tour operators, hotels and publishers bring their places and we bring the engine.
For partners
A spatial engine for urban visitor flow.
Behind the app is an engine that forecasts crowding for every place and hour, builds routes that spread visitors across time and space, and measures the shift. Destinations, operators and platforms use it in their own brand.
Destinations, cities & DMOs
Others show congestion on a map. We change where visitors actually walk, hour by hour, and give you the number that proves it.

The guest drops the bags and asks where to eat tonight. Your guide answers, in their language, and walks them there.

Your reader arrives and the article stays behind on the phone. Your customer switches on data at the exact moment they start deciding where to walk. We make that moment yours.

Passengers who did not fit on the train, and a hillside temple nobody reached. We route visitors to the hours and stops that have room, and measure it.

Visitors pass your doors on the way to the famous sight. A guide in their language tells your story, walks them to you and counts who came.

FAQ
Everything you might be wondering.
Is the guide a real person?
No. Your guide is an artificial intelligence system. It narrates, answers your questions and adapts your route as the day changes, but it is not a human guide and it can occasionally be wrong. Always check critical information such as opening hours, tickets and safety notices at the source.
Do you have an iOS or Android app?
Android: yes, WeGuide is on Google Play, free to install. iPhone: the App Store version is in review; until it lands, open the web app in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. On a laptop it works straight in the browser.
Does it work offline?
No. WeGuide needs a connection while you are on tour. An eSIM, a local SIM or a pocket Wi-Fi router works well with it and costs a fraction of a day of guiding.
What does it cost?
The Free plan lets you plan your whole trip, navigate and walk your first route. Trip Pass is $29.99 and Premium $59.99, each for 7 days, because that is how long a trip lasts. 100% money back within 30 days.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Polish and Japanese, in voice and on screen.
Where does the crowd data come from?
From licensed footfall data and our own crowd model, refined with hour-by-hour forecasts for every place. Where a destination shares its own counts, we use them too. We never install sensors or track you individually.
