Shares and the register

Shares in a simple joint-stock company (prosta spółka akcyjna) are not issued in documentary form and are entered in a shareholder register kept in accordance with the Polish Commercial Companies Code. The register is kept in electronic form.

WeGuide AI Prosta Spółka Akcyjna has entrusted the keeping of its shareholder register to Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. — an entity authorised to maintain securities accounts, operating under a licence issued by the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission. The register keeper was selected by resolution of the shareholders, and the register-keeping agreement was concluded on 4 August 2026.

Access to the register

The shareholder register is open to the company, to every shareholder and to any entity with a legal interest. Shareholders and authorised entities access the data through the online service made available by Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A., and may also request a registration certificate or a statement of holdings. The detailed procedure is set out in the Rules.
